Brand Questionnaire

If someone asked you what your business was, answer them in 2 sentences or less.
Think of this as an elevator pitch: You're on the 10th floor. You meet someone and begin to chat. As you both enter the elevator towards the ground floor (which will only take about 20-30 seconds to reach), the individual asks you what you do for a living. You have 20 seconds to "bring home" what it is that you do. The technical information goes away for now. All that's left is the bare value that you and your organization provide. Example: What do I do? I help organizations clarify and convey who they are and what they bring to the marketplace.
Following up from the previous "Elevator Pitch", how do you go about providing the value you bring? What methods, tools, systems, or disciplines do you use?

How accurately does your mission statement reflect what your business or organization is doing now?
Describe your sought after client/participant with as many specific details as possible.
Some key questions to zero in on your organization's values: What is MOST important to your organization? How do you measure success? At the end of the day, what defines your organization? What characteristics do you want to be known for? When faced with difficult decisions, what matters most? What aspirations or fundamentals trump everything else? What qualities are you looking for when you make a new hire? What deficiencies would cause someone to be fired?
